Effecting change in tariff category of Consumers in accordance with Hon’ble TNERC Order dated 11.08.2017 was that the common supply shall be classified under the tariff category, LT V

Effecting change in tariff category for the supply used for common purpose like gymnasium, community hall, amphi theatres, etc., inside the multi-tenement / residential complex shall not be considered as domestic/residential usage, and shall be classified under the appropriate tariff category, (i.e.) LT V for the entire multi tenements/residential complexes as one single service.
